360 tours

360 virtual tour

A 360 virtual tour is photography: someone stands in a finished, furnished room with a panoramic camera. For a second-hand flat that is exactly the right tool. For a development that is still on plan there is nothing to photograph, and that is the gap Resiana fills with a 3D walkthrough built from the project files instead.

01

When a 360 tour is the right call

The property exists, it is furnished, and you want a faithful record of it. A panoramic camera and an afternoon will beat anything modelled.

02

When it cannot help you

Pre-sale and launch. There is no room to stand in, and photographing one show flat still leaves every other unit type unshown.

03

What Resiana does instead

Builds the walkthrough from the project itself, so a buyer moves freely through any unit type, at any time of day, months before a camera could be pointed at it.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as a Matterport tour?
No. Matterport and similar tools scan a space that already exists. Resiana is modelled from the project, which is why it can exist before the building does. If your property is finished, a scanning tool is the simpler choice.
Can I make one myself with a 360 camera?
For a finished property, yes, and plenty of agencies do. It will not help with a development that has not been built, which is the only case Resiana is built for.
How much does it cost?
From €5,000 per project. That is a different order of cost from a photographic 360 tour, because it covers every unit type in the development rather than one room.
